Return Process

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.

  Pack the Items

  Place the original product in its packaging with all brand tags, invoices, and labels intact to ensure a smooth quality check during pickup.

  Handover to Courier

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 2-3 business days to collect the package and provide you with a return acknowledgement slip.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once the returned product passes our quality inspection at the warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
